Turn On/Off VBS2 Transmission

This Function allows the Instructor the ability to turn on or off the transmissions in their VBS2 terminal as well as for the relevant FAC’s VBS2 terminal.

Turning off transmissions will not display any radio messages in any VBS2 terminal connected to the mission. But still transmission will be displaying in the Transmission Panel
